One-time technology transfer

The pricing of the transfer fee is agreed upon by both parties, and the customer can generally recover the cost within 24~36 months after technical renovation (depending on the electricity price and energy-saving rate).
Energy contract management

Equipment and other inputs are the responsibility of Jiekai Company, and the electricity savings are shared by the technical transformation customers and Jiekai Company according to the agreed years and proportions, and the equipment maintenance during the sharing period is the responsibility of Jiekai Company.
